Usage Rights (Licenses)
Subject of the Contract
rimVERLAG / redaktion-i-media- Karlheinz Hillesheim grants a licensee a usage license, which generally includes a non-transferable right to use the licensed material (graphics, photos, text) selected and purchased by the user. The user is only authorized to use the licensed material in accordance with the conditions provided here and does not receive any further rights except those expressly agreed upon hereby or in individual cases.

Licensing
Licensing is completed by accepting these conditions and with full payment of the invoiced license invoice amount. Prior to the full payment of the license invoice amount, usage rights are only considered transferred if rimVERLAG / redaktion-i-media - Karlheinz Hillesheim has granted express written permission for use in advance.

Further license terms are explained and agreed upon separately in the respective, corresponding license agreement.
